We map the work before we touch a tool.

Every engagement begins with a working conversation. We meet the owner or the person who performs the work, and we follow one workflow from start to finish, in their words. No product is offered in that meeting.

From that map we judge where a normal work week is actually lost: delay, rework, incomplete information, and tasks that only the owner can unblock. You receive a clear written finding: what we understood, what should change in how the shop runs, and what we recommend, in order. The aim is your success in the work you already do, not a catalog of tools.

A recommendation may be: strengthen the process first; use software you already pay for; automate a repeating step; replace an application that is the problem; keep a step with a person; assign an agent to one defined aspect of the work, with a person on the exceptions; or leave a step unchanged when it is not the problem.

We will not place an agent on an unmapped process. If how the shop runs is still unclear, the first recommendation is to make that work visible.

This is the Review. Setup and Training follow only after you approve the next step.
